Hi, I’m Joe Pustover. I started my financial services practice in September 1994 with a simple goal — to help individuals, families, and business owners build confidence in their financial future through clear guidance and disciplined strategies.

I’m a graduate of West Allegheny High School and went on to earn my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Bethany College, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. My education gave me a solid foundation in business, economics, and strategic thinking — all of which have shaped how I approach financial planning today.

Over the past three decades, I’ve been fortunate to work with hundreds of clients across the country, providing financial planning and investment management services tailored to their unique goals. I currently serve individuals and business owners in  AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MO, MT, NC, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV. I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, which represents the highest standard of competency and ethics in our field. I also maintain FINRA Series 7 registration (General Securities Representative), NASAA Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination), NASAA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) registrations, and Life and Disability Insurance licenses.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with awards recognizing professional achievement and client service, but what I value most are the long-term relationships built with the people and families I serve. I believe true financial planning goes beyond numbers — it’s about trust, clarity, and helping clients make confident decisions about their lives.

Outside the office, my wife Tracy and I enjoy spending quality time with our son and daughter. Family is at the heart of everything I do, both personally and professionally, and it’s what continues to inspire the work I love every day.
